Rent Collection

We collect monthly rental payments from the resident. Payment options to include Cashier’s check, cash, money order, or personal check. Payments can also be mailed, sent through electronic bill payments, military allotments, or dropped off at our office. We assist in avoiding lawsuits when renting and maintaining your rental property by abiding by all local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing. We manage problems regarding late payments, non-payment, or complaints about the tenant. Pursue payment of any funds owed; File initial eviction proceedings if deemed necessary and follow through with all that is involved.

Rent payments to you – Collected rent will be sent to you via mail or ACH. We also send you an e-mail to let you know the funds have been sent and what maintenance items have been deducted (if any). This way you can check your account and also have a record of repairs.
